I have brought my cats there multiple times since March or April 2021. The waiting room is on the small side and my cat has had a dog on either side of her, inches away. I asked about the cat waiting room that they speak of here and was told that they do not have it anymore. When it was obvious that my 19 year old cat had terminal cancer, and I saw on the outside window or sign about Hospice Care, I asked about that and was told they do not do it any more. When my cat took a turn for the worse and she was suffering I called them first thing in the morning as I wanted to bring her in to be put to sleep as soon as possible and they said they had one appointment available with a vet that evening and it would be nine hours from my call until a vet could see her to put her to sleep. I had to drive 11 miles away to another facility who when I called told me to bring her in anytime that day and she would be seen immediately and this is a facility that I had never been to. I have had many cats in my life and I have never had a Vet refuse to see a cat ASAP when terminal and in distress. It is a beautifully made video, but it does not represent the city by the sea that I have experienced.
